Uncoiled. Cut. Pressed into shape.

Steel coils are unrolled, sheared to size, and carried through four press stations, each shaping the panel further under thousands of tons of force.

Panels, welded into one shell.

Robotic arms bring individually stamped panels together and weld them into a single rigid body-in-white structure.

Paint, from bare metal to color.

Multi-stage coating lines apply primer, color, and clearcoat in a controlled, dust-free environment.

Engine, wheels, trim — installed.

Chassis, powertrain, and interior components come together on the general assembly line, station by station.

Checked. Then it drives off the line.

Every unit passes more than 60 quality checks before it ever leaves West Point, Georgia.
